Our Story
Two moms and former colleagues, Kim and Jen, connected as friends after losing their jobs in the hospitality industry due to COVID and quickly discovered their shared passion for decorating. After discussing how much perfectly good decor is thrown away after a single celebration they recognized a gap in the marketplace. The biggest trend in celebratory decor is the balloon garland so they began to recreate them with paper honeycomb balls and the "paper balloon garland" was born as Pop of Paper co's signature offering. The garlands mimic their latex counterparts in beauty and the best part is they are installed for an event, removed when the event is over. The honeycomb balls are reused until they've reached the end of their life span and then recycled.
Did you know that latex balloons can take anywhere from 6 months to 4 years to decompose wrecking havoc on marine life in the process? With the environment at the forefront of everyone's mind, they are proud to offer products that Mother Nature would approve and still look beautiful.
